Are Souper Cubes products oven-safe?

Yes, our silicone trays are oven-safe up to 415°F (212°C). However, please note that the clear plastic lids are not heat-resistant and should never be placed in the oven.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer standard shipping across the United States, typically arriving within 3-7 business days. Free shipping is available on orders over a certain threshold, which will be calculated at checkout.

Can I put my trays in the dishwasher?

Absolutely. All Souper Cubes silicone trays and lids are 100% dishwasher safe for easy cleanup after your meal prep.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your kitchen gear. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Are the materials BPA-free?

Yes, safety is our priority. All of our products are made from 100% food-grade silicone that is BPA-free, lead-free, and phthalate-free.

How do I prevent food odors from sticking to the silicone?

While silicone is non-porous, strong odors can sometimes linger. We recommend a deep clean with a mixture of white vinegar and water or baking a 'clean' tray in the oven at 350°F for 20 minutes to neutralize smells.
